You can use any major carrier that provides an online tracking service that allows you to monitor the shipment status until its arrival at the customer’s door.

You can insure with us and pay with your credit card via PayPal. PayPal allow payments via credit card so if your credit card is accepted by Paypal you can use InsuredBay.

Once you have registered at InsuredBay just forward your PayPal notification payment email from PayPal to new-policy@insuredbay.com. You will receive a return email that confirms your insurance order and will lead you to make a PayPal payment to insure your shipment. Following your payment you will receive a confirmation of insurance and a debit email.

After completing the short registration process at InsuredBay, you can submit a manual insurance form with your eBay sale information, or use our Order By Email option. The automatic process will prompt you to pay via PayPal. After the payment of your order, your shipment is covered. An email confirming your insurance order will be sent to your email account and a copy will also be available at your InsuredBay account.

There is no need to download any programs or tools to work with InsuredBay. Everything you need can be done by registering at InsuredBay.com and  PayPal.

For each action on your InsuredBay account, you will receive a confirmation email that details the action and the cost. You can check your account online at any time to receive a follow-up on the status of every policy. We encourage you to log in to your account on a regular basis to keep track and download reports of your activities.

In line with the international law, you will not be charged VAT for your insurance cover.

InsuredBay only supports payments through Paypal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still insure with us by using PayPal to pay with your credit card.

For each payment, you will receive a debit by email. You may log in to your account and print it at any time. You can also receive a monthly statement of your insurance transactions in order to make your accounting easier, and to take advantage of tax deductions.

You may appeal through an online mediation process that is legally binding on all parties. This is quicker and cheaper than a conventional legal litigation and the verdict is handed down according to an agreed-upon timetable.

InsuredBay allows you to track insurance and manage claims quickly and easily via your InsuredBay user account. Compensation is paid to your PayPal account.

You can insure only the items and shipping costs that require insurance. During the registration process at the site, you can define a minimum and maximum value of goods to be insured. Shipments that are below or above the set parameters will not be insured, even if you are working automatically.

Email Order Insurance System
Order shipment insurance by simply forwarding a PayPal email.
Register or log in to your InsuredBay account. Forward the Paypal payment authorization email that confirms your buyer completed the purchase to new-policy@InsuredBay.com. You will receive a return email confirming the insurance order, with a link to Paypal for the payment. If you are purchasing more than one insurance policy, you can pay in bulk via the email link, or via the checkout in your Insuredbay account.
Your insurance policies and invoices will be sent to your email address, and you can also access them at any time in your InsuredBay account.

Automated Payment System
With PayPal Automated Payment System, there is no need to follow up your orders to pay for your policies. Simply enter your InsuredBay account and pre-define a total sum limit and number of payments limit, and you will be automatically charged and insured for the eBay sales that fall within these limits.
You can also define a minimum value for individual insurance purchases, so you will only be insured and charged for shipments that comply with those limits.

Manual System
Register or log in to your InsuredBay account. Open the “Order Policy” link in your account and complete the eBay sale information form. All the relevant information can be found in "item#123456789 instant payment received " email from PayPal.
After completing the form, you will be prompted to checkout via Paypal. Your policy and invoice will be sent to your email address. You can also access them any time at your InsuredBay account.
