Order by Email Insurance System

You can order shipping insurance by simply forwarding a PayPal email. Register or log in to your InsuredBay account, and forward the PayPal payment authorization email that confirms your buyer paid for his/her purchase to new-policy@InsuredBay.com.

You will receive a return email confirming the insurance order, with a link to Paypal for the payment. If you are purchasing more than one insurance policy, you can pay in bulk via the email link, or via the checkout in your Insuredbay account.

Your insurance policies and invoices will be sent to your email address, you can also access them at any time in your InsuredBay account.

Manual System

Register or log in to your InsuredBay account. Open the “new Policy” link in your account and complete the eBay sale information form, which can be found in your “Item Sold” email from eBay or PayPal’s “instant payment received’ email.

After completing the form and checkout, you will be prompted to pay via Paypal. Your policy and invoice will be sent to your email address. You can also access it any time at your InsuredBay account.
